📋 Description

• Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to organizational needs • Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards • Collaborate with security, IT operations, and application development teams to integrate IAM solutions • Conduct risk assessments and security audits • Identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies • Monitor emerging IAM and cybersecurity technologies and trends • Provide guidance and support on access control, authentication, authorization, and identity governance • Evaluate and select IAM tools and technologies • Lead IAM implementation projects from conception through completion • Serve as an IAM subject matter expert in industry forums, conferences, and working groups • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years designing and implementing IAM solutions in large, complex environments • Experience within the past 5 years leading a Saviynt Implementation • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and PKI • Experience with IAM platforms and tools such as Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Advanced degree preferred • CISSP, CISM, or CIAM certifications preferred
