📋 Description

• Travel independently by car or plane to commercial properties such as shopping centers, warehouses, and office parks • Capture precise property data using 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and specialized software • Measure buildings • Document sprinkler and HVAC locations • Document windows, signage, and landscaping • Document utility meters, dumpsters, and parking details • Accurately document interior and exterior features • Gather data and take measurements • Input collected data and ensure accuracy • Communicate with property managers regarding access information, appointments, and arrival times • Reach out proactively to the Regional Manager, trainers, mentors, and peers as needed • Produce accurate property data supporting decision-making in commercial real estate

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or outdoor, detail-oriented fieldwork is advantageous • Comfortable on ladders up to 30 feet • Travel out of state Monday–Friday; home most weekends • Own reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6-foot ladder and suitable for long-distance travel • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Ability to climb ladders up to 30 feet • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Confident use of iPads, laptops, mobile apps, and photography technology • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately • Focused, organized, and self-motivated while working alone • Experience in site surveys, inspections, CAD, GIS mapping, or data entry • Experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or similar hands-on fields • Experience in land surveying, utility locating, archaeology, drone photography, or other remote fieldwork • Clear, professional communication with property managers, Regional Manager, trainers, mentors, and peers
