📋 Description
• Independently travel to commercial properties to capture data • Use 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and specialized software for documentation • Gather data, take measurements, and ensure accuracy in data input • Communicate with property managers for access information • Reach out to Regional Manager, trainers, mentors, and peers when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or similar outdoor, detail-oriented fieldwork • Comfortable working on ladders (up to 30 feet) • Reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6-foot ladder and long-distance travel • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. • Proficient with technology (iPads, laptops, mobile apps, photography technology) • Ability to follow detailed instructions with accuracy and care • Organized, self-motivated, and focused while working alone
