📋 Description

• Independently travel to commercial properties to capture precise data • Use technology such as 3D cameras and laser measurement tools • Document building measurements and various property features • Input data accurately into software • Communicate with property managers for access and appointment coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or similar outdoor fieldwork • Ability to use a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6-foot ladder and long-distance travel • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feet and lifting up to 50 lbs • Proficient with technology (iPads, laptops, mobile apps, photography technology) • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately • Self-motivated and organized while working independently
