📋 Description

• Travel out of state Monday–Friday (home most weekends) • Independently drive or fly to commercial properties to capture precise data • Use 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and specialized software to document building measurements, sprinkler and HVAC locations, windows, signage, landscaping, utility meters, dumpsters, parking details, and interior/exterior features • Communicate with property managers to gather access information for appointments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or any outdoor, detail-oriented fieldwork • Comfortable on ladders (up to 30 feet) • Reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6-foot ladder and long-distance travel • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. • Proficiency with technology (iPads, laptops, mobile apps, photography technology) • Ability to follow detailed instructions with accuracy and care • Self-motivated and organized while working alone
