📋 Description

• Installation, repair, and testing of field equipment, in accordance with customer’s or manufacturer's specifications and company procedures. • Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical/controls equipment malfunctions and warranty repairs. • Use a variety of diagnostic tools to identify problems, and implement necessary repairs including replacing faulty components, repairing wiring, and troubleshooting software issues. • Perform assembly/modifications and overall quality defect resolution on all IE products and equipment. • Ensure adherence to document processes for all work performed, including the nature of the problem, the steps taken to resolve the problem, and the parts used in order to create professional service reports. • Maintain, inspect, and care for IE tools, equipment, and vehicles. • Respond to client calls, emails and texts as a critical priority and should be responded to without hesitation. • Adheres to all safety regulations and procedures onsite.

🎯 Requirements

• Electrical/Mechanical/Commissioning or Assembly background with 3+ years' experience and at least three years of field experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education. • Must have 1-2 years of business and contracting experience in a similar job position with emphasis on supplier agreements with general or subcontractors. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals, purchase orders, and project part specifications. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public in a friendly and professional manner. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as voltage drop, cable runs calcs, sqft, volume, OHMS law and battery run time. • Ability to work effectively with multiple customers, subcontractors, and different personalities amongst a diverse set of backgrounds and cultivate strong working relationships. • Ability to solve practical problems with limited guidance, and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong PC skills, proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and MS Outlook. • Journeyman Electrician/ HVAC/Commissioning Certification or License from any state, Electrical Engineering or Technical Degree with similar field experience.
