• Manage relationships and drive engagement with Accenture • Build and manage relationships with Accenture to develop joint go-to-market motions • Drive demand, revenue, successful IFS software sales, deployments, and transformation programs • Build relationships with partner executives, consulting leaders, sales leaders, and practice leaders • Develop and execute partnership strategy and annual business plans • Enable partners to sell and deliver IFS services to existing and prospective customers • Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities • Plan and promote growth of the partner’s certified resource pool and related practice • Evangelize IFS within the partner and the partner within IFS • Conduct revenue forecasts for partner-directed transactions • Engage and coach pre-sales and sales teams on aligned opportunities • Develop and execute joint sales and marketing campaigns • Develop and manage relationship maps and engagement cadences • Maintain visibility into partner pipeline and coordinate IFS resources to advance opportunities • Coordinate IFS activities to drive successful partner sales and delivery outcomes • Develop innovative solutions leveraging IFS technology • Implement global IFS policies and procedures for profitable growth • Manage partner sales teams and support closing IFS opportunities • Participate in refining global partner programs, policies, procedures, and approaches • Conduct business planning, QBRs, business reviews, partner status meetings, and pipeline forecasts • Source opportunities and build pipeline through partner relationships • Oversee training and certification programs • Serve as primary point of contact between IFS North America and the partner • Negotiate, secure, and manage partner contracts • Develop knowledge of the partner’s organization, market position, and capabilities to articulate the joint value proposition
• Extensive experience in large IT service-based organizations, Business-to-Business and ERP software industry • Preferably 10+ years’ or equivalent experience in partner or vendor management in the enterprise technology sector • Experience in developing partner go-to-market, sales and marketing plans • Experience holding and overachieving annual sales quota • Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders • Ability to collaborate with and influence various stakeholders in a matrixed environment • Ability to meet targets and goals with limited supervision and resources within a matrixed organization • Strong business acumen • Experience driving complex technology sales processes and negotiations • Strong commercial/sales business development background and expertise • Hands-on, self-directed professional who plans, prepares and executes professionally • Executive presence sufficient to interact with and influence C-Suite • High levels of energy, passion, and initiative • Able and willing to regularly travel • Prior large-scale partner management experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
