📋 Description

• Act as a key client interface for large and complex implementations • Understand and articulate client requirements • Leverage internal teams and expertise to implement innovative solutions • Collaborate with customers and partners at customer sites across North America • Own the end-to-end client process, including scoping requirements, system customization, integration, and user training • Drive project efforts through 3-month to 1-year rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in consulting or related attributes • Customer-facing consulting skills, including influencing, advising, mediating, and controlling scope • Ability to drive internal and external teams to achieve project milestones over a 3-month to 1-year rollout • Experience with software deployment technologies, networks, and databases • Understanding of business processes • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Knowledge of operational research techniques such as simulation, optimisation, failure rate modelling, and cost benefit analysis • Technical degree in Engineering or a similar related subject • Willingness to travel frequently and work in different cities • Experience working with large industrial organizations, including Utilities, O&G, and Transport/Rail sectors • Based in the US • Ability to travel approximately 25–40% of the time • Drug-free workplace requirement
