📋 Description

• Lead and scale high-performing global engineering teams • Define and execute the technology and architecture strategy aligned to business goals • Drive AI-native engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and innovation • Own end-to-end delivery across performance, scalability, security, and operations • Embed strong engineering standards, governance, and data-driven decision making • Partner closely with Product and leadership to deliver customer-focused outcomes • Attract, develop, and retain world-class engineering talent

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior engineering leadership experience (VP/SVP level) in SaaS or enterprise environments • Strong track record delivering cloud-native and AI-driven products at scale • Deep technical expertise with the ability to influence architecture and engineering practices • Experience leading large, global, distributed teams • Strategic, commercially aware, and execution-focused leader • Passion for AI-driven innovation and modern engineering practices • 15+ years in software engineering with at least 7 years in senior engineering leadership roles (CTO, VP/SVP Engineering, or equivalent) • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. • Demonstrated success in building and scaling cloud-native SaaS or AI-driven products.
