• Looking for a contract paralegal to do mostly probate and estate planning work • Develop and improve the firm forms • Prepare written procedures for various tasks • Train the rest of the staff • Potential for work in trademark, business, personal injury, construction
🎯 Requirements
• Must have meaningful experience in Arizona probate, including formal and informal probates, conservatorships and guardianships, and related • Experience in estate planning, trust administration and Medicaid/ALTCS a big plus
