📋 Description
• Conduct daily, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions • Focus on foundational reading skills • Participate in ongoing training and meet deadlines for coursework • Deliver Ignite Reading’s curriculum with fidelity
🎯 Requirements
• Complete a 7-week Tutor Training Program • Commit to a minimum of 3+ hours of consistent daily availability • Navigate virtual platforms and personal computer hardware and software • Positively receive and implement feedback • Cultivate trusting relationships with students and peers • Focus on outcomes and student learning • Meet performance standards for attendance, punctuality, and student growth
