📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and interactive online instruction aligned with standards, curriculum, and student learning needs • Teach live during regular school hours • Differentiate instruction for 1-on-1, small-group, and whole-class settings • Build relationships with students and families • Monitor and assess student progress and provide timely feedback, grades, and academic support • Use Canvas, Zoom, and other digital resources • Implement innovative teaching strategies to make learning engaging and accessible

🎯 Requirements

• Must physically live in the United States • Online K-12 teaching experience required, not just during COVID • Bachelor's degree • Valid teacher certification/endorsement in special education, or teacher certification with special education teaching experience, issued by any U.S. state • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use online learning platforms and digital tools • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students and families • Passion for online education and commitment to student success • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting • Ability to pass a background check • Master's degree in Education or related field preferred
