📋 Description

‱ Manage and service commercial insurance accounts with a focus on clients in the trucking and oil & gas industries. ‱ Provide expert guidance on insurance coverages, risk management strategies, policy changes, claims handling, and billing inquiries. ‱ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and carriers to ensure effective account servicing. ‱ Analyze client exposures, recommend appropriate coverage options, and assist with policy placements and renewals. ‱ Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients. ‱ Assist clients with claims processes, working closely with carriers and adjusters to ensure timely and fair resolutions. ‱ Utilize agency management systems (such as AMS360 and ImageRight) to maintain accurate records and documentation. ‱ Support producers in identifying cross-selling opportunities and enhancing client retention. ‱ Coordinate with underwriting teams to negotiate policy terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management (Required). ‱ Active Property & Casualty License (Required). ‱ Proficiency in insurance agency management systems, including AMS360 and ImageRight (Preferred). ‱ Strong understanding of industry-specific risks and regulatory requirements. ‱ Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach. ‱ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage a high volume of work efficiently. ‱ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. ‱ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
