• Identify, qualify, and develop personal & commercial insurance opportunities • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients • Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on existing client needs • Actively partner, network, and plan for new clients • Monitor, review, and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved • Mentor staff, provide expertise, and participate in meetings as needed • Support clients for renewal and retention • Maintain CE and keep informed about industry trends • Review client audits and facilitate corrections as needed
• Holds a valid insurance license required by the state of TX • Minimum of two years quoting/selling both personal and commercial line insurance accounts • Bachelor’s Degree OR comparable work experience • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting procedures • Proven track record of business-to-business sales success • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work without supervision • Excellent time management skills • Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems
