📋 Description

• Identify prospects, generate pipeline, and close new business • Drive strategic discussions and optimize business outcomes • Engage decision-makers in HIM, revenue cycle, clinical documentation, IT, finance, and operations • Establish IKS Health as a business partner • Identify target healthcare markets, including hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory organizations, and other healthcare providers • Navigate engagements combining revenue-cycle transformation, clinical consulting, and technology deployments • Understand customer challenges and craft collaborative strategies • Manage the full sales cycle • Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels • Run discovery, present solutions, and negotiate contracts • Offer industry insights to business and product leaders • Develop and manage large projects • Collaborate as an individual contributor with the sales team • Maintain pipeline and forecasting commitments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or better • 7 years of healthcare sales experience • 7 years of business-to-business healthcare sales experience • 7 years of experience selling medical scribing, transcription, clinical documentation, revenue-cycle, AI solutions, or other outsourced healthcare services • Existing C-suite hospital and health system relationships • Familiarity with Salesforce and account-based marketing technology • Experience developing and managing large projects • Ability to give compelling virtual and onsite presentations • Creative and strategic lead generation abilities • Ability to build relationships and trust with C-suite, executives, directors, physicians, and clinicians • Ability to independently identify prospects, generate pipeline, and close new business • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time • Full sales-cycle management experience
