• Support the operational needs of the underwriting team • Learn underwriting guidelines, product offerings, and operating procedures • Develop knowledge of standard commercial insurance fundamentals • Proactively seek clarification, feedback, and growth opportunities • Demonstrate readiness for increasing responsibility through accuracy, efficiency, and sound judgment • Progress toward a production underwriting role through incremental underwriting authority
