📋 Description
• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle • Partner with external vendors and manage small projects • Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains complex systems • Participates in training and knowledge-sharing for peers and end-users
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field (preferred) • 2 years of work experience or actively pursuing degree with 4 years of relevant experience • Will be required to certify on one or more Epic applications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) • In-depth business and application knowledge • Skilled in assessing needs and determining solutions based on documentation
