📋 Description

• Serve as SME for assigned Workday Time Tracking and Absence Modules and any possible additional ones. • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, eligibility rules, validations, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles within HCM scope. • Translate business needs (HR Ops, COEs, Payroll, IT) into scalable Workday solutions. • Ensure system configuration aligns with business requirements, policies, and data governance standards. • Perform impact analysis for configuration changes and ensure downstream process integrity. • Manage intake, clarify scope and success criteria, communicate status/risks/dependencies, and deliver on time and in scope for small/mid initiatives. • Participate in Workday’s semi‑annual releases: review notes, assess impacts, recommend and implement value‑add features. • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work, and improve user experience and data quality. • Safeguard data quality and privacy across HCM; support audits and control requirements. • Plan and execute unit/regression/UAT; maintain test evidence and change documentation. • Build and maintain operational reports/dashboards within HCM scope; ensure accurate interpretation and actionable insights. • Identify trends or data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–5+ years of experience in an Workday Analyst role • Workday certifications an asset • Strong understanding of Workday HCM architecture, business processes, and configuration principles • Experience with Workday reporting (standard, advanced, calculated fields) • Knowledge of HR data governance, controls, and audit considerations • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and audience-appropriate manner • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities • High attention to detail and commitment to data quality • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment • Customer‑focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
