📋 Description

• Prepare and file cases for acceptance and approval across all case types • Recommend and implement options and strategy without supervision • Manage Enterprise clients and guide them through processes • Manage, guide, and mentor attorneys and paralegals • Support the Partner with team management • Review marketing material and support Envoy/GIA sales and marketing initiatives • Perform reporting and auditing duties • Present trainings and webinars to clients and potential clients • Communicate law and policy updates to the team and firm • Interview candidates and provide hiring recommendations • Demonstrate legal competencies • Maintain professional, proactive, considerate, and accountable relationships with clients, colleagues, partners, and vendors • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree • Admittance to the State Bar • At least 8 years of related experience • At least 5 years of experience at CIP, PC • Prior team management experience required • Consistently meets SLEs (Service Level Expectations) • Expert level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Fluency in English, written and verbal • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills • Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under strict deadlines • Ability to contribute to a positive work environment and strong team morale • Strategic mindset with ability to drive growth and profitability • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
