📋 Description

• Prepare and file immigration cases for acceptance and approval, including H-1B, I-140, I-485 and relevant NIV/IV cases • Manage and consult with Small Business potential clients and guide clients through processes • Support the Managing Attorney on Enterprise clients • Provide support and leadership to assigned teams • Liaise with other attorneys or departments on projects • Maintain casework quality and consistency • Evaluate cases and provide case strategies and solutions • Provide coverage for attorneys on vacation or leave of absence • Work closely with and mentor paralegals; supervise other employees as required • Perform reporting and auditing duties • Maintain knowledge of legal and policy changes • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda or briefs • Analyze facts, patterns and complex legal issues to provide sound legal advice • Prepare immigration-based filings for complex case management • Foster strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree • Admittance to the State Bar • 4-7 years of related experience • 3+ years of experience/proficiency with PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas • Track record of consistently meeting SLEs (Service Level Expectations) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools • Fluency in English, written and verbal; bilingual is a plus but not required • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Exceptional ability to analyze data and cases • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines • Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to Envoy Global case processing software • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment • Ability to troubleshoot and strategize solution options and recommendations
