📋 Description

• Advise healthcare organizations on strategic technology initiatives, including system selection, implementation planning, and digital transformation efforts • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT client stakeholders to assess workflows and identify technology-enabled improvements • Develop and deliver strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, business cases, and performance dashboards • Facilitate interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements, validate findings, and align on solutions • Lead or support project management activities, including timeline development, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and status reporting • Contribute to firm methodologies, tools, and best practices in healthcare IT advisory services • Support proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives • Pursue continuous learning and professional growth through feedback, mentorship, and ongoing education

🎯 Requirements

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with preferred majors in Information Systems, Technology, or Business (general) • Expected graduation: May 2027 • Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions • Strong project management skills, including developing workplans, tracking milestones, and managing deliverables across teams • Ability to travel 20% of the time • Available to begin work August 2027 • Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not supported
