📋 Description
• Lead projects from inception to delivery • Manage medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity • Develop new business within the project, identify new business elsewhere in the client environment • Direct multiple implementations and cross-functional teams • Contribute knowledge gained through other healthcare vendor knowledge, certifications and/or credentials • Travel as necessary to client sites to perform required tasks • Interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Program Management roles, majority on cloud (OCI) projects • Healthcare implementation leadership experience is required • 6+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation projects with medium to high complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables development, timelines, issues and risks • Demonstrated ability to lead, build consensus, and foster accountability of cross-functional client, vendor, and project teams • Experience with and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices • Proven experience developing new business within the project, identifying new business elsewhere in the client environment and assisting with developing proposals, RFPs, etc. • Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in at least one Oracle Fusion module.
