📋 Description

• Serve as a Strategy & Operations Senior Consultant focused on Supply Chain • Contribute to healthcare consulting project deliverables • Interact with healthcare and consulting professionals at all levels • Support firm collateral and development of internal methodology • Solve complex healthcare environment problems • Develop strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, and value analysis solutions • Conceive data analysis methods and derive insights from complex datasets • Create strategic narratives for senior management teams • Identify opportunities for improvement and carve out paths to solutions • Deliver high-value advisory and implementation services to healthcare clients

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced consultant in the healthcare environment with a proven track record of solving complex problems • Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, and Value Analysis required • Ability to develop data analytics, analyze complex datasets, draw insights, and create strategic narratives for senior management teams • Collaborative leadership and ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions • Familiarity with Clinical Strategic Sourcing, including Physician Preference Items in operating rooms and/or cardiac catheterization labs, is a plus • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • Able to travel 80% of the time • Authorized to work in the US
