📋 Description

• Assist project teams in identifying opportunities to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes • Support research efforts including data collection, benchmarking, and industry analysis • Help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and process documentation • Participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings to observe and contribute to solution development • Assist with project coordination tasks such as tracking milestones and preparing updates • Contribute to internal initiatives including knowledge sharing and methodology development • Learn consulting best practices and tools used in strategy and operations projects

🎯 Requirements

• Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through data driven operational improvement projects • Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions • Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level • Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing • Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or Business (general) • Expected graduation May 2028 • Ability to travel 80% of the time • Available for 10-week Summer 2027 internship (June through August) • Located or willing to relocate to Chicago following graduation
