📋 Description

• Become a Certified Endless Customers Coach through a structured certification program • Guide leadership teams through the Endless Customers System, including alignment days, quarterly planning sessions, and ongoing coaching calls • Coach companies committed to becoming the most trusted name in their market and hold them accountable • Engage in sales conversations with prospective clients and leverage a personal network to build a book of business • Build visibility through podcasts, webinars, client success stories, speaking engagements, and relevant industry events • Travel across North America for alignment days, client visits, and live events, typically once or twice a month • Identify clients’ next needs and bring in specialist teams for website, HubSpot, paid media, and training work • Focus on coaching and book growth while IMPACT provides the brand, sales system, tools, billing, and back office • Complete a video introduction, coaching/sales/speaking work demonstration, structured interview, and references as part of the selection process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coaching or training business leaders and their teams • Ability to build a personal book of clients through networking and reputation • Comfort selling services and discussing money • Strong presentation ability in one-on-one sessions, workshops, stages, and podcasts • Ability to give CEOs direct, constructive feedback • Focus on client retention, growth, and measurable results • Ability to independently run a coaching practice • Discipline to follow a proven process and continuously develop coaching skills • Strong personal integrity and accountability • Willingness to build a long-term book of business • Ability to travel across North America typically once or twice a month • Must complete certification before serving a first client

• Monthly draw available during the 12–18 month ramp-up period • Compensation for delivering client services • Additional opportunities to earn by bringing new business to IMPACT • Additional opportunities to earn by owning long-term client relationships • Ongoing share of every account owned, for as long as it is owned • IMPACT provides the brand, sales system, tools, billing, and back office • Approximately $200,000–$300,000+ annually for a successful fully ramped provider with a healthy client portfolio and business development participation • Certification program before the first client
