• Lead the end-to-end journey of building, launching, and scaling customer Community Health Worker (CHW) programs • Serve as the primary architect and account owner • Translate complex visions into high-impact operational realities • Lead meetings with senior executives, building trust quickly, adapting in real time, and driving difficult decisions • Translate customer vision into clear program designs, including workflows, roles, metrics, and benchmarks • Lead a matrixed team across workforce development, technology, and product • Deliver CHW infrastructure that meets customer needs • Use data and quantitative fluency to assess performance and regularly validate quality beneath the surface • Identify root causes and drive improvements
• Clinical training (e.g., RN, MD, LCSW, or other allied/behavioral health professionals), or a graduate degree in Health Policy, Healthcare Management, Population Health, or Healthcare Administration • 7+ years in healthcare operations, practice management, or healthcare consulting • Deep expertise in Medicare/Medicaid financing, value-based care, and revenue cycle best practices • Proven ability to design clinical workflows and staffing models from scratch • Proven ability to manage and execute complex programs across multiple stakeholders and workstreams • Strong ability to independently analyze data in Excel to assess performance, identify root causes, and drive improvements • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills • Ability to travel 8–10 times per year for team retreats and customer onsite visits
