📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and design tailored digital manufacturing solutions • Develop interactive dashboards and shop-floor applications to enhance operational performance • Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies to identify and implement improvements for frontline operators • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value • Stay ahead of industry trends and continually refine and expand solutions • Support clients in adopting and sustaining improvements through communication, coaching, and engagement • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities using standard delivery processes and tools • Maintain up-to-date project plans and current project documentation • Follow established change management processes • Communicate proactively with key stakeholders • Use Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams for planning, tracking, collaboration, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a similar discipline • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferably in regulated industries like medical devices, defense, or aerospace • Proficiency in MES platforms • Proficiency in low-code development tools such as TULIP and Ignition • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau • Understanding of Lean production systems and operational KPIs • Willingness and ability to travel more than 50-75% of the time, often spending significant time onsite with clients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Hands-on manufacturing experience • Ability to extract, clean, and analyze production data • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital transformation • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments • Strong problem-solving ability
