📋 Description

• Own one product area end to end, from idea to delivery • Define and evolve the product roadmap • Close the gap between product reporting and customer action by defining recommendations and building feedback loops • Work hands-on with AI from mockups and prototypes through production code for smaller features • Collaborate with an engineering team of three to ten people • Conduct customer discovery and turn findings into roadmap decisions • Define and measure metrics demonstrating that the product caused customer action • Build and maintain automated workflows using AI tools, scripting, and the modern data stack • Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM teams on architecture decisions and customer data requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Product ownership experience, able to take a problem end to end with minimal hand-holding • Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily work, including Claude Code, agentic coding, and prompt engineering • Experience building an AI agent and making it reliable in production • Marketing or revenue data domain experience, including computing those metrics directly • Comfortable working with engineers as a peer • Strong SQL • Python for data processing and automation • Fluent English for customer calls and escalations • Availability to overlap US Pacific business hours, or at least Eastern business hours • Nice to have: hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse • Nice to have: experience working directly with clients on technical requirements • Nice to have: BI tools experience, such as Superset
