• Architect and implement ServiceNow platform solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HR, SPM, GRC, Security (ServiceNow Vault), Automation Engine, and CMDB • Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications tailored to federal requirements • Integrate AI-driven solutions into ServiceNow modules to improve automation, predictive analysis, and decision-making • Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies • Oversee Windows Server implementation, upgrades, and integrations • Lead workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders to define platform requirements • Align ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver optimized ServiceNow capabilities • Ensure platform compliance with federal security and operational standards, including NIST and FISMA • Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and ensure architecture and development best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 7+ years of combined hands-on ServiceNow experience • At least 2 years of ServiceNow Architect experience, including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation • Proven expertise in deploying ITSM applications and experience in at least one other module such as ITOM, HAM, SAM, SPM, HR, Security (Vault), GRC, Automation Engine, or CMDB • Experience completing release cycle management, leading code reviews, environment management, update set deployment, security best practices, release documentation during Agile Sprint cycles, and dependency tracking • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer • Strong experience with ITSM Catalog, process flow automation, custom application development, cross-scope solutioning, portal development, JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting objects, and security controls • Familiarity with federal standards and requirements, including compliance frameworks • Active Secret Clearance • CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), and at least one CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification • Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application within ServiceNow preferred • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server configuration, and Integration Hub preferred • Familiarity with DevOps principles and integration into ServiceNow preferred • U.S. citizenship may be required for certain positions; some roles may require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
