📋 Description

• Manage consumer survey research projects • Design surveys and experiments, including writing questionnaires, developing sampling criteria, and conducting background research • Program questionnaires, check programs, and coordinate with programming vendors • Manage sampling using DIY platforms and coordinate with sample vendors • Code open-ended responses and tabulate data • Analyze survey data • Write and proofread reports explaining research methodology, key findings, and conclusions • Participate in client calls and presentations • Provide clear recommendations and opinions • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Coordinate the work of other staff on assigned projects • Manage other assigned projects and administrative duties

🎯 Requirements

• Completed PhD, Master’s, or MBA in marketing, business, sensory science, or a research-based social science such as psychology, communications, or political science • Academic experience and/or professional experience outside academia in survey research, marketing, consumer psychology, and/or sensory science • Strong data analysis skills, including experience using R, SPSS, or other statistical analysis software • Experience programming questionnaires in Qualtrics or other survey programming software • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and colleagues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Acute attention to detail, including ability to identify and resolve complex problems • Cover letter required upon submission of application • Ability to support East Coast to West Coast time zones; preference for candidates on Pacific Standard Time
