📋 Description

• Provide functional support for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials, focusing on AP, PO, and GL modules • Perform data mapping and analyze data flows between PeopleSoft and integrated systems • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and integration-related issues • Work closely with business stakeholders and testing teams to validate functionality and resolve defects • Analyze existing PeopleSoft configurations and quickly adapt to the City's environment • Support functional testing, issue resolution, and business process improvements • Collaborate with project team members to complete assigned deliverables • Support the City of Seattle's Accounts Payable Automation project

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on functional experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing (PO), and General Ledger (GL) modules • Experience with data mapping, data flows, and functional troubleshooting • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience supporting testing activities and resolving functional defects • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to quickly understand existing system configurations and business processes • 3+ years of PeopleSoft functional experience preferred • Experience with AP automation, system integrations, or invoice processing workflows preferred • Familiarity with OCR-based invoice processing and automated workflows preferred • Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and QA teams preferred • Public-sector experience is not required • Any visa accepted; no H1B transfer; C2C or W2 accepted

• Part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE) • Contract duration anticipated through May/June 2027 • Work authorization: any visa; C2C and W2 arrangements accepted
