📋 Description

• Drive cross-functional delivery activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams • Maintain and optimize program schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and essential governance artifacts • Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery practices to maintain high-quality output • Proactively identify and resolve blockers across different workstreams to ensure on-time project milestones • Provide clear, data-driven visibility into program health for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience in Program Management within the tech/software industry • Deep experience supporting software or SaaS Agile delivery teams and a strong command of iterative frameworks • Advanced skills in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or equivalent project management suites • Demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules and maintain detailed RAID logs • Extensive experience working in distributed teams and fast-paced remote environments • Fluent English for daily high-level technical and business communication.
