📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy sessions through Included Health's telehealth platform • Perform virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations • Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings • Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans • Evaluate mental health assessment results • Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients • Conduct assigned monthly chart reviews as part of the peer-review QA process • Focus on patient care and documentation while Clinical Operations manages billing, scheduling, and onboarding • Work under the guidance of a Behavioral Health Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision • Keep up-to-date with continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions • Experience with technology and digital tools and platforms • Licensure in multiple states is highly valued • Clinically licensed in state of primary residence • LCSW: Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program • LCSW: 2+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Pennsylvania • LPC/LMHC: Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program • LPC/LMHC: 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience • Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Pennsylvania • LMFT: Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program • LMFT: 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Pennsylvania
