📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, high-quality virtual care to patients across their healthcare journey • Deliver individual therapy sessions through the telehealth platform • Perform virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations • Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings • Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans • Evaluate mental health assessment results • Provide evidence-based therapeutic support • Conduct monthly chart reviews as assigned for the peer review QA process • Focus on patient care and documentation while Clinical Operations manages billing, scheduling, and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision • Keep up-to-date with continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions • Experience with technology and digital tools and platforms • Clinically licensed in state of primary residence • Licensure in multiple states highly valued • Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program for LCSW applicants • 2+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience for LCSW applicants • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Virginia • Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program for LPC/LMHC applicants • 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience for LPC/LMHC applicants • Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Virginia • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program for LMFT applicants • 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience for LMFT applicants • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Virginia
