📋 Description

• Perform virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations • Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings • Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans • Evaluate results of mental health assessments • Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients • Deliver individual therapy sessions through the telehealth platform • Focus on patient care and documentation • Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of the peer review QA process, as assigned • Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Supervisor and supportive clinical team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision • Keep up-to-date with continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions • Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms • Clinically licensed in the state of primary residence • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Oregon, or active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Oregon, or active and unrestricted LMFT license in Oregon • Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program for LCSW candidates • Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program for LPC/LMHC candidates • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program for LMFT candidates • 2+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience for LCSW candidates • 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience for LPC/LMHC candidates • 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience for LMFT candidates • Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
