📋 Description

• Own the organization's overarching data strategy • Establish the enterprise-wide data roadmap • Foster a mature, data-driven operational culture • Lead data-driven innovation and build production pipeline for ML initiatives • Oversee end-to-end data lifecycle infrastructure • Build high-utility analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks • Enforce rigorous enterprise data policies regarding lineage and security • Recruit, lead, and mentor a group of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts • Negotiate and optimize contracts with third-party vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive data management experience • At least 4 years managing cross-functional, highly technical teams • Proven track record of linking data initiatives to commercial outcomes • Comprehensive technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks) • Fluency in ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL, Python, and BI layers (Tableau, PowerBI) • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field • Must have elite written and verbal communication skills.
