📋 Description

• Provides support for the annual planning process and recurring re-forecasting processes for transversal (shared services) functions. • Consolidates, prepares, and analyzes financial management reporting for monthly/quarterly/annual results, presentations, as well as various ad-hoc reporting as needed. • Acts as a key liaison between corporate FP&A and colleagues across each of the finance teams supporting our brand. • Key expense analyst particularly focusing on our shared services support organizations. • Reports accurate and timely results and variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior year. • Drives continuous improvement, by leveraging technology to design and implement solutions that will enable process re-imagination and change the way they work. • Enhances information as provided to and on behalf of the brand. • Supports intercompany allocation processes. • Creates financial management templates to facilitate consistent inputs from business partners. • Develops standardized templates and influences system enhancements. • Maintains continuous knowledge of organizational costs across the portfolio. • Develops a deep subject matter expertise of the underlying business, our technology, controls and governance supporting planning and reporting processes. • Is a key contributor to the ERP enhancement process. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years corporate accounting and/or finance experience, with a focus in FP&A • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen • Proactive self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and autonomously. • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and manage business partnership. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
