📋 Description

• Support the execution and optimization of CRM programs • Maintain and update customer records • Build and refine customer segments • Assist in planning and launching CRM campaigns • Track core KPIs and provide insights • Collaborate with various teams to align messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with CRM programs and platforms • Knowledge of data management principles • Familiarity with digital marketing channels • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis
