📋 Description

• Design, implement, test, and maintain the framework for enterprise KPIs and business terminology and comparability across IPH brands. • Enrich the KPI catalog and enterprise glossary. • Enhance the KPI catalog and enterprise glossary by inscribing definitions, formulas, data sources, and hierarchies of critical data elements. • Maintain metadata and lineage for KPI catalog and enterprise glossary. • Highlight definition and calculation inconsistencies within and between BUs and data-generating systems. • Analyze dashboards, reports, and self-service models to ensure alignment with KPI catalog and enterprise glossary.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data governance, analytics, or BI reporting roles. • Deep understanding of KPI development, data lineage, and metadata management. • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and semantic layers. • Certifications: CDMP or CBIP. • Familiarity with advanced analytics and KPI development.
