📋 Description

• Support data analysis, reporting, and analytics solution delivery in a federal healthcare environment • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify analytical requirements and clarify business questions • Translate stakeholder needs into data analysis, reporting, and decision-support outputs • Collect, validate, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, including client databases, web-based sources, reporting platforms, and other program resources • Use analytical tools, SQL, Python, Excel, BI/reporting platforms, and other approved technologies to develop analytical products, reports, and applications • Interpret business data and develop findings, recommendations, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis products • Research best practices and support solutions, recommendations, methodologies, and process improvements • Participate in working sessions, requirements discussions, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities • Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to document requirements, track analysis tasks, communicate risks or blockers, and iterate on analytics products based on stakeholder feedback

🎯 Requirements

• US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience required; in lieu of a degree, four (4) years of specialized experience may be substituted • Relevant advanced certifications may be considered in place of a portion of the required experience • Experience performing data collection, data analysis, business analysis, reporting, and interpretation of data from multiple sources • Experience supporting analytical requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into data analysis or reporting outputs • Experience developing ad hoc reports, dashboards, data summaries, recommendations, and decision-support materials • Experience using SQL, Excel, Python, BI/reporting tools, or similar analytical tools to manipulate, analyze, and present data • Experience with code repository tools like GitHub is preferred • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with analytics, application, and platform teams in an Agile environment • Prior experience with Center for Medicare Medicaid Services or other government agencies is a plus
