📋 Description
• Play a pivotal role in amplifying our client's global brand voice • Support the development of an internal and external communications strategy • Work within a global matrixed organization to communicate the brand narrative • Support the drafting of LinkedIn articles and industry-facing op-eds for key executives • Identify strategic opportunities for brand leaders to speak at industry panels • Stay ahead of beauty industry trends and competitive landscapes • Support the conceptualization and distribution of product mailers to global ambassadors • Identify opportunities to surprise and delight global influencers • Coordinate with vendors and creative agencies for mailer logistics • Monitor social coverage from mailers and provide reports • Support the financial process including Purchase Order creation and invoice submissions • Capture high-quality meeting notes and ensure action items are distributed • Archive and save important documents and create master trackers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing. • 1–2 years of experience in PR or Communications (agency or in-house). • Experience in the beauty or CPG sector is highly preferred. • Exceptional writing and editing skills. • Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple deadlines simultaneously. • Strong understanding of the social media landscape (TikTok, Instagram) and how it intersects with traditional PR. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite required.
