📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing investors through phone calls, email, and virtual meetings. • Manage investor pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the investor lifecycle. • Represent clients professionally while communicating investment opportunities and company updates. • Support capital raising initiatives by engaging qualified prospective investors and scheduling meetings. • Utilize our proprietary investor management platform to track activity, manage communications, and maintain accurate records. • Coordinate investor onboarding and assist with documentation throughout the investment process. • Collaborate closely with your assigned client and the InvestorOps leadership team to execute fundraising strategies. • Meet individual performance goals and KPIs related to investor engagement, pipeline management, and capital raising activity. • Continuously develop your knowledge of private capital markets, fundraising strategies, and investor communications.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple investor conversations simultaneously. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. • Professional, confident, and consultative communication style. • Highly accountable with strong attention to detail. • Comfortable speaking with executives, investors, and business owners. • Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about private capital markets. • Experience meeting performance goals, KPIs, sales targets, or relationship management metrics. • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
