📋 Description

• Identify and execute opportunities for industry collaborations, projects, and media features • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert partnerships and creative assets into promotional and marketing initiatives • Build a strong company personal brand within the immersive technology industry • Develop and maintain the brand voice across forums, communities, and niche media outlets • Monitor industry-specific forums and communities • Engage proactively with users and manage the brand’s reputation • Build, warm up, and scale Reddit accounts from scratch • Manage presence in key subreddits and drive high-quality traffic to the platform • Monitor community sentiment and traffic metrics • Continuously optimize outreach strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience • Native or near-native English fluency (C1+) essential for authentic community engagement • Ability to generate original PR ideas and narratives and creatively position the brand across media, communities, and internet culture • Existing personality or strong network within the tech industry (bonus) • Deep understanding of VR/Immersive media trends (bonus) • Experience with CRM and tracking tools for community growth (bonus) • Understanding of the American audience, slang, habits, and engagement drivers • Track record of successfully growing Reddit accounts and generating traffic without getting ghostbanned • Proactive, hands-on execution from account farming to high-level PR networking • B2B cooperation through the candidate's own legal business entity, such as a sole proprietorship or limited company
