📋 Description

• Lead and manage brand presence in immersive technology • Identify and execute opportunities for industry collaborations • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional initiatives • Build a strong personal brand for the company • Develop brand communication across various platforms • Engage with community users and manage brand reputation • Scale Reddit accounts from scratch and drive traffic to platform • Monitor community sentiment and optimize outreach strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience • Ability to generate original PR ideas and narratives • Fluency in English: Native or near-native level (C1+) is essential for authentic community engagement • Existing "personality" or strong network within the tech industry • Deep understanding of VR/Immersive media trends • Experience with CRM and tracking tools for community growth • US Market Expertise: Understanding the American audience and their habits • Proven track record of successfully growing accounts and generating traffic on Reddit
