📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance across the portfolio of facilities on operation of water treatment plants, including troubleshooting, process control and optimization, and regulatory compliance • Work closely with facility-based operational staff, regulatory agencies, company leadership, and other stakeholders to align plant performance goals and regulatory requirements • Support company QA programs to ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance with relevant regulations • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance activities • Support a diverse array of drinking water treatment facilities across the US

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field required • Course work in data science/statistical methods is a plus • Minimum of 10 years of experience in water treatment operations, treatment process troubleshooting and/or regulatory roles • Plant supervisory experience and/or operational licensure is a plus • Strong knowledge of SDWA requirements and industry standards for water treatment facility performance • Experience in project or initiative management, including planning, execution, budgeting or costing, and stakeholder management • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
