📋 Description
• 1-on-1 counseling with applicants to build their extra-curricular profiles and applications • Meet remotely with students • Edit essays and provide feedback to foster students’ independent writing skills • Provide comprehensive support to students as they prepare their applications • Generate creative and practical professional experience and projects for students’ extracurricular activities • Collaborate with a team of up to three counselors and a Senior Counselor Mentor to support each student’s progress • Maintain a caseload of anywhere from 0-15 students, depending on availability
🎯 Requirements
• phenomenal writing skills • experience working with students • Bachelor's degree from a U.S. college or university • pursuing or completed Master’s degree and/or PhD • (Bonus) teaching experience with high school, college, or graduate students • (Bonus) admissions experience
