📋 Description

• Lead pavement-related activities on road and motorway infrastructure projects, from preliminary design and detailed design through tender documentation and on-site technical expertise • Provide pavement expertise for projects within Ingérop’s Urban and Transport Infrastructure unit • Contribute to innovation in maintenance and upkeep • Manage selected projects focused primarily on pavements, upkeep, and maintenance • Develop pavement and maintenance expertise within Ingérop, in collaboration with other business units • Support business development activities in the pavement sector • Assist project directors during technical meetings with clients and partners • Travel several times per month

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree in civil engineering, or a general engineering degree from a leading engineering school with a specialization in pavements • 10 years of experience in a consulting engineering firm, research laboratory, or construction company • Knowledge of the various materials used in heavy-duty pavement structures, including their characteristics and performance • Proficiency in pavement design and structural calculations • Knowledge of pavement defects and deterioration mechanisms • Proficiency with pavement design tools such as Alizé • Strong attention to detail and adaptability • Ability to teach and share knowledge, listen to teams, and remain available and supportive
