• Execute against annual customer revenue, volume, and margin targets for assigned accounts • Develop and manage strategic account plans that drive long‑term growth and customer value • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and target applications • Strengthen multi‑level customer relationships to gain insight into customer strategies, innovation plans, and market needs • Drive sales of core and value‑added sweetener solutions through consultative selling • Collaborate with Technical Service, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver integrated customer solutions • Lead commercial discussions, price negotiations, and contract execution in alignment with business objectives • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer brands to anticipate sweetener demand and opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within food ingredients or sweeteners • Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and deliver sustainable, profitable growth • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, negotiations, and pipeline management • Experience working in a remote, territory‑based sales role • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
