📋 Description

• Own and ensure the timely, process-driven delivery of multiple simultaneous projects • Support account and specialty teams • Develop and execute effective, efficient project plans • Collaborate with creative and social teams to resolve project or timeline issues • Incorporate and enforce QA processes throughout each project phase • Proactively escalate potential issues affecting timelines or budgets • Collaborate with Operations on staffing for appropriate timelines and budgets • Communicate daily project status and key next steps • Follow up with team members on action items • Coordinate monthly billing with Finance • Update budget trackers and develop burn reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 1-2+ years of Project Management experience • 3+ years of experience in a PR or marketing communications agency setting • Healthcare experience is preferred • Recognized project management aptitude • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Proficiency in Excel, specifically pivot tables • Familiarity with Smartsheet
