Inkitt is the world's first reader-powered publisher, offering a platform for writers to publish their manuscripts without the constraints of traditional publishing. Writers can build a community, receive reader feedback, and, if their work becomes popular, get a publishing contract on Galatea, Inkitt's sister app. For readers, Inkitt provides a diverse collection of free stories in various genres like fantasy, mystery, and romance. The platform uses data and insights to identify promising new authors, aiming to help them achieve bestseller status without the gatekeeping typical of the publishing industry.
