🎯 Requirements

• US-based • ICC certification relevant to building plan review • Actual experience reviewing permit applications and issuing or resolving plan review comments • At least 2 years of hands-on permitting experience • Deep knowledge of permitting in the United States • Plan examiner or Certified Building Official (CBO) experience and credentials • Provide certification details and the jurisdictions and project types reviewed • Experience in Arizona, California, Florida, or Texas preferred
